This is a 30-minute sleep Yoga Nidra designed to help your body restore and renew through the power of rest. This practice includes 20 minutes of gentle guidance followed by 10 minutes of soothing music with 528 Hz tones and water sounds, often referred to as the frequency of healing and repair.
