Become A Trauma Informed Coach
Forming a Connection with Your Client with Tina Gosney
Show Notes

In this episode, Lindsay and Tina talk about the different ways coaches can form connections with their clients and create a space for their clients to find answers and solutions that work for them. Some of the things discussed are:

  • Validating your client's emotions and stories.
  • Let your client’s stories be heard so that they can question them and get different results.
  • Paying attention to yourself and the people that you coach to create a loving and supportive environment.
  • Recognizing as a coach that there was something more Tina's clients were needing beyond the scope of her general life coach training program.

Tina is a trauma-informed relationship and is committed to helping people get the support they need as they navigate difficult family relationships.
