  📍  Hey, everybody.  How is it going? Welcome to Become  a trauma informed coach podcast 2025. Wow, it's been a ride. There's a lot that's been happening. I know for some of you, you may feel like, some of you might be feeling a lot of heaviness right now. And if you do, I just want you to know that you're not alone.

I know for some people, you might feel like you just got chucked out of a washing machine and now you're expected to like, Do , an iron man or something like that. That was the phrase I use with my mentor recently.  And while it's felt that way, there are some really great spaces and places where I felt grounded.

And I want to talk to you today about  why I'm able to  maintain that and be connected to where I'm going, during this. Year, this chaotic year, some people say that  2025 is going to be one of those years where there was life before and life after similar to COVID.  And so,  , if you have a functioning brain,  then  one way I'm looking at 2025 for anyone, that's a member of humanity, the human race that's alive during this year  almost like we're all going down this river.

We're all in this together,  whether we like it or not. And so here's the kicker. How do you want it to go? Do you want to just be, do you want to try to swim down? Do you want to be in a river raft without oars and just be tossed to and fro by whatever comes up and at the mercy of rocks and bends and, places where boats can get trapped.

Or  do you want to be more prepared? , you know I think for a lot of us when we think about it that way we're like, yeah We don't want to be in that reactive space.

We don't want to be this, Channeling  embodying this state of being where we are reactive I know for me I've had those times in my life where  you know I would say especially more when my husband first got sick with respect to his mental health and was non functioning and had to stop working as a dentist. 

 There were a lot of parts of me  where I was able to be proactive, because of the ways that I had prepared myself, even just with my education and different things like that. It was really easy to find work at the time.  But there were still spaces and places in my life where where I was living in a more reactive way and, a few years went by and things hadn't changed the way that I wanted to.

And I remember there was a night where things hit the fan and  it almost felt like I'd been on this horse, just like riding bareback on this horse, being like  thrown. To or to, or fro based on whatever circumstances arise. And I just had to react up. What happened today? It's that yeah, I spent life.

I spent the day putting fires out,  but I remember having this moment where I felt like I really needed to lean in and just take the freaking reins and be more proactive about how I was going to handle stuff that comes up. Do you want to spend the day? Being that person who's only putting out fires react or being that person on the horse who's leaning back and doesn't have the control of the reins or in the river raft at the mercy of whatever bends or ebbs or flows or other rafts come or go,  or do we want to be in a more proactive space?

So back then when I shifted into that more lean forward energy and state of being, it made a huge difference in how my day to day went. I felt so much more empowered and control happy about the way things were going. And I felt like I had more of a say in how things would turn out as well.  And I feel and for 2025.

It feels more like this river rafting. I don't know if it's because I just feel more connected to,  humanity or just with respect to what world, or should I say us events that are going on right now, but it does feel like we're all  in river rafts going down the river. We're in it. It's happening. And if you're a human with a functioning brain, you're on this ride.

So the question is.  If you're on this earth right now, how do you want 2025 to go? How are you going to be prepared? How are you going to handle it? Do you want to just pop into a boat and hope for the best? When I envisioned that, I see spinning, bouncing off rocks, boats, flipping over, getting caught under things does not sound very fun to me. 

But what I like to consider is what if we make sure we have some oars, we're prepared. What if we have more stability in play? We have a, maybe an expert in the boat with us. A few experts. What if everybody in the boat Becomes an expert at how to handle their role so that the expert can do his thing.

 Someone who may not know this river, but knows enough rivers that they know how to show up and increase the chance of safety and making it through, making it down the river. And, what if we could move from this space to where,  when we think of the rapids that arise or the drops, that we can't.

Picture that we don't see  how different would it be if instead of looking at uncertainty as one with something with fear. Because we don't have control or we don't know what's going to happen. What if we could shift our energy and our lens of uncertainty to one of being prepared and going down a river where we can feel alive, where it can be exhilarating, where we can help people, where we have capacity to help, where we can anticipate drops, and be prepared and even enjoy.

The ride,  right? And, what does this lean forward proactive approach look like?  I see it as one where on a micro level individually.  We've taken the time to learn how to take care of ourselves, our needs, where we know how to honor ourself, our nervous system, our body. And I imagine us knowing our individual boundaries, knowing where we start and end feeling safe enough in our body to set.

And maintain boundaries, that promote more intimacy in our relationships.  I imagine you feeling safe enough in your nervous system so that when triggers arise, it's a trigger and you know how to tone that trigger versus act from a place of fear or react from a place of fear. Or when fear arises, you're able to distinguish.

Hey, is it fear that's arisen because, my brain wants homeostasis and it would just rather that we keep things cool and calm as possible, even if it's not optimal or is it fear? That's, perhaps my soul's GPS guiding me down a new path.

What if we could distinguish the flavor of fear that arises so that we know what to do with it?  Because sometimes it is an intuitive call. And what if we could have that depth of connection of self so that we can really know. What the calls of our intuition sound like, what the calls of our souls sound and feel and look like. 

So as I imagine this ride, I imagine , one of exhilaration and to anticipate anticipation for what could be,  like I said earlier, life before and life after, what is this chapter going to be? 

And if I were prepared, if I'd taken care of myself, had oars, and I'd hired experts where necessary and had the,  tools. Skills I needed, how could it be different for me? Okay, 

and the cool thing about,  thinking of uncertainty different differently through a different lens is , limitless possibility, what could be potentially exhilarating and exciting and anticipatory  that  because of our default mode network, we've just let be Fear or worry,  right?

What if we could be proactive in,

 in, setting up our channels so that Uncertainty could be lined up or coupled.  What if we could be proactive and coupling uncertainty with possibility Things being better than we could currently imagine to me, this happens by learning, and applying and integrating a lot of the tools that I teach in each of my certifications, learning how to anchor into yourself, into your knowing how to differentiate triggers from general fear, how to differentiate triggers from intuition, all the stuff  that I've been teaching for over half a decade is set up and organized so that you can live  a life that's alive, yeah.

Joyful, peaceful, thriving, soul led, intuition led, where we use our logic, but we've learned how to marry  and find that balance between logic and intuition so that we can compound and even protract , the power of using both.  It's something I think is possible for everybody. And it's something that I think you're deserving of. So if this is something you're wanting  during 2025, I have a lot of different ways to support you in shifting from this reactive space to this proactive space. I highly recommend my certification programs because 

they're amazing. A lot of people have to do three or four certifications to get what you would get out of mine. And so some people sign up for my certification programs, even if they're not sure what they want to do with it. Because they just know they want to learn these tools, add them to their toolbox.

To help them in their relationships while also, reaping the benefits of being a part of a really , cohesive, loving community. So that's pretty amazing. So I'm going to tell you about the programs that I run, but also  if that just isn't your jam,  hang on tight because I do have some other  offers  and a link that I will provide at the end. So my first certification is a full trauma informed intuitive code certification that starts on March 4th. This specific cohort is going to be a little bit more of an express version of what's been in the past.

 And with the summer that's coming up, we are going to have this current cohort set up so that you can do,  you'll have two calls a week between March 4th and about June 4th or June 7th.

So then in the summertime, you'll have more space to, do your peer coaching. You'll we'll have, we'll still have supervised peer coaching calls every other week, but then you can be practicing as a.  certified coach by September, which would be amazing. So we've got that option. And then I have, and if you're already a coach, what I have for you is an advanced intuitive coach certification that of course is trauma informed nervous system based, but also layers in that power of.

Connecting to your intuitive self to your soul so that you can really start clearing out the obstacles that keep you that are in the way of you dialing into that soul space, that intuitive space that is right Really what the world needs, but also what you are deserving of so that you can run your business the way that you want to build, carve out your space in the coaching industry, the way that you want to be willing to be visible, feel safe enough to be visible and do things your way and build a wonderful business around you. So  that certification,  I initially put the, I initially put the  the curriculum together with a trauma therapist who did the first two rounds with me, and then after the second round, she said that she just, she I love this therapist so much. And she was like, it just feels redundant for both of us to be here on every single call.

And so we've maintained the curriculum, but I've also just added so much more since then. So we've got a lot more somatic tools.  I've had experts come and teach on certain topics that we've got on a portal reserved for you.  We've got, ranging from so many different things and a lot more stuff just built in so that you have different ways, different examples of how to. 

Support yourself with respect to,  your own relationships or anything in your personal life that's blocking you, but also so that you can, have lots of tools to meet your clients where they're at specifically. So that's another option, and all of the bonuses in that program are available to people in my full certification as well. I also, just so you know, I do, if you want to do a certification and you want more one on one attention for me, I do have hybrid versions that are a little bit more expensive, but also pretty well priced for the level of coaching that you get.

where you also just get a certification  to boot. 



Okay, if you know that a certification isn't your jam , I do pretty limited one on one coaching. I only have a few spaces reserved for that.  And it's totally customized.  But if you're looking for one on one coaching, from someone who has done this work with me applies this work very similarly to how I do.

 I have one on one coaches that I contract to work with you,  where you would have. Basically, what the setup  you get six months with a one on one coach at the beginning of the six months. You get a call with me at the end of the six months.

You also get a call with me. And then during that six month period, you have four calls a month. Three are with your one on one coach. And the fourth call is a community call with other members of my coaching community that you get to come. So you get to be a part of those community calls for an entire year.

So even after your coaching package ends with that coach, you still get access to the community. This community bonus is for women just so you guys know, but you would get access to  either my self advocacy program  or my safe awakenings program for an entire year with 12 community calls.

And then you get the calls with a coach and a few calls with me. So if you do the math, it ends up being less than. I think less than 150 bucks a call, which is pretty remarkable for what you're getting and you get with a lot of the,  with the course you have worksheets and you have a lot of questions and prompts really self apply and dial in and work through stuff that work through stuff outside of calls as well, which I've found to be really helpful for people so they can take things at their own pace.

So that. Yeah. right now is 4, 444. It's an incredible, it's an incredible price point for what you get. And I'm really picky about who I would let coach and who I would contract out. So ,  I'm confident we can find a really appropriate fit for you.  Now if you're looking for something that's just for you.

If you don't have a lot to invest for now, another thing that you can do too is I have two group courses that you can go through that are right now on my offers page, which I will put at the end of this in the show notes, you can do you. A really inexpensive, safe awakenings program where for less than 500, you can have this course to help you, if you've left religion or if you're leaving religion or if you're deconstructing religion, learning how to make sense of things  and process stuff and move through stuff and different things like that can be really impactful so that you can dial into your spirituality and do it your way.

Okay. And then I also have a self advocacy program, which  kind of does the same thing for people who have been betrayed by their partner with respect to porn use or something like that. So those programs are really affordable as well. And then I, of course, have my boundaries reset. For anyone just looking to do a 10 day reset on boundaries, and if it gets sticky, if they can't figure out why it's not working,  then this reset, it comes with a workbook that's about 50 pages long, with lots of tools to support you, and teach and questions and prompts, it's an insane value as well.

So that can also be a place for you to start.  My goal for you is to just, I, have these options  so that you can feel prepared,  proactively prepared as you go through this year, because everybody deserves to have support. Everybody deserves to be supported. We're not meant to go through this life alone.

We are meant to have. Support around us. And, sometimes that takes us learning how to support ourselves, but as relational species, we're meant to have a pack there too. And so  let us support you. Let me support you with whatever program feels like the best fit for you.

And let's move forward in 2025 with more of a, Hey, There's a lot happening, a lot of activity this year. And  we got this humanity. We're rolling forward. Things are opening up. And you can be a part of that by doing this work for yourself.

I don't think we realize how much  we change the world  by healing ourselves.  So you deserve  to live and to heal and to progress and to grow for your own joy, for your own wellbeing, because you're a human. You deserve to enjoy this life. But how great is that? That the externality of that can be.
