Become A Trauma Informed Coach
Are you a coach who's afraid to use the "T" word (Trauma) on your calls? Or you that trauma is a thing, that it happens, but not much more (because you’re not sure if you want to know more)? If any of this resonates (or you just want to know more about how, as coaches, we can support clients carrying trauma), this podcast is for you. Bringing our lack of understanding into the light is necessary to support ourselves—and clients—during calls. Now coach, I am NOT HERE to induce fear or paralysis in your coaching—bleh. I am here to help you 1) see what you’re potentially not seeing, 2) reaffirm 10000% that you absolutely can do something about it, and 3) reinforce the notion that we all start somewhere (it’s ok to be where you’re at right now)! There is SO MUCH you can do to support clients carrying trauma—as well as understanding the limitations we have as coaches—so that they can receive the care they are in search of. I believe that being Trauma-Informed is an Essential Standard of Care for every coach in the coaching industry. I have a vision of every coach being Trauma-Informed.
Become A Trauma Informed Coach
The 5 Hidden Layers Running Your Life (and How to Read Them)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Ever feel like you're doing all the right things but still stuck in the same patterns? In this trauma-informed masterclass, former CPA turned coach Lindsay Poelman walks you through the five hidden layers that quietly run your life beneath the surface: conditioning, nervous system, story, wounding, and inheritance. If mindset work, journaling, or even therapy have left you feeling like something is still missing, this episode is the missing piece.
You'll learn how your subconscious, not your willpower or discipline, is actually steering the ship, and why lasting change starts with becoming fluent in the language of your own body. Lindsay breaks down what each layer sounds like, what it looks like day to day, and the research-backed long-term effects of ignoring your body's cues, from burnout and anxiety to chronic stress, rumination, and shame. Then she shows you the way back: naming your layers, meeting them with a curious, compassionate "gardener" approach, and doing the nervous-system-based, neuroscience-backed, trauma-informed work that actually holds.
This is nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, subconscious reprogramming, and trauma education brought together in one place, for every human, not just coaches.

Meet Lindsay:
...[00:00:00] Hey there, listener. I'm so glad that you are here listening to my podcast today. I am doing a brief intro before the podcast episode because I want to explain what it is. I have this new quiz, it's called The Fluent Human Quiz, that you can take. I'll make sure the link is in the show notes.
And basically it helps you see what's kind of running the show underneath the surface, right? What, what is the water that you're swimming in that's informing, you know, the direction with which you're flowing in this life? What subconscious things are affecting you, and how can we become aware of them and tease them out?
After I recorded this masterclass, I thought it could be a really great podcast episode where I talk about two things. I talk about these layers and I go through them and talk to you about what they are, what it can look like, what it can sound like, long-term effects of ignoring your body's cues or ignoring your subconscious.
But then I also bridge into my new offering, which is My Fluent Human course and/or certification, depending on where you want to go with that, and so that's where I talk about it at the end. Now, stay tuned for instructions at the end of the podcast. [00:01:00] And get this amazing new subscriber intro price because you're one of my podcast people.
So enjoy the podcast. Talk soon.
Hello, hello and welcome to the masterclass on learning your layers. If you've ever felt like you've been doing all the right things and feeling stuck or patterns have been repeating themselves and you're not loving that either, you are in the right place. This is the Five Layers Masterclass And here's the thing, by the end of this video you are going to understand yourself in a way that most people never do, ever. You will know what it means to become fluent in the language of your body. Now, stay with me all the way through because at the end I'm going to show you exactly how to go deeper if you want to.
So my name is Lindsay Poelman. I am a former CPA. I've worked for Big Four accounting firms in Los Angeles. I've also worked for niche accounting firms in Silicon Valley. And through all those years working as an accountant, I realized one thing, and that was,
if I'm going to be working for the rest of my life, I need to do something I love. and so [00:02:00] through life experience and other stuff that I had been going through, I ended up where I am now. I started out as a betrayal trauma coach, and then a lot of coaches started hiring me who needed help with a lot of other things, and I started seeing a lot of parallels.
And from there, I started advanced certifications for people who were already coaches, teaching a lot of the stuff that my Fluent Human course teaches. And because I had People who weren't coaches yet want to do my advanced training. I also created a certification course for those who are starting a new career fresh.
with the way that my brain works and the accounting experience that I have, I know how to build systems, and this is the most cohesive human education framework I have ever seen, and I created it because I could not find anything like it that existed.
So over eight years, I have coached hundreds of people through betrayal, grief, nervous system dysregulation, and helped people learn to trust themselves and anchor into their knowing again. I've had this vision for years. Every [00:03:00] human, trauma-informed, nervous system aware, if we do this work for ourselves on a micro level, it will have a macro-level effect.
Maybe we can't, be the difference on the other side of the world, but what can we be doing right where we are on a micro level that does have that ripple effect, that butterfly effect that can change the thing, that changes the thing? And the beauty of that is when you know yourself and you know why you're here and you know your mission, you know your values, you can trust that you can knowingly lean into where your unique gifts are to make a difference.
And You'll, you're also taking care of yourself in such a way that you get the benefit of, impacting yourself positively, right? Maybe feeling more joy, more peace, more relief, more happiness, while trusting that there is an impact that spreads beyond just you and your body and your soul.
I created what I have because it's what I [00:04:00] didn't have when I was figuring everything out. And stick with me because at the end, if you're wanting more, I have a special offer for you. All right, let's get into this. Now, when it comes to change work, one thing I see with a lot of people is we usually think that we don't have what we want because of things like willpower or discipline or, ah, just getting it together, all these different things like that.
what I want you to know is that you might have a lot of conscious convictions and if you don't know what's steering the ship under the surface, AKA what's going on in your subconscious, over time, your subconscious always runs the show.
over time, it's our subconscious that runs the show, that affects our behavior more so than a lot of our conscious goals, conscious affirmations, and things like that. It's almost like the water that we're flowing in, If you only focus on your conscious mind or your mindset work, you might get these little glimpses of, reaching your goals or having the discipline or the willpower to move [00:05:00] towards what you want.
But if you're doing that in a stream where the flow is going a different direction, those little blips are going to be short-lived. And so what can actually change this is understanding the layers that inform this flow, , your energetic subconscious flow.
So we've got the, we've got the five layers top to bottom. We've got conditioning, we've got the nervous system, we've got story, we've got wounding, we have inheritance. I want you to know this is not completely all-encompassing, and I also want you to know that there is overlap here, okay?
And also, these are not completely separate problems, right? They are layers, and they stack on each other, too. I heard this phrase years ago that the way you do one thing is the way that you do everything; the way I like to look at it or reframe that is working on one thing helps with everything.
So the cool thing is, is like, if you took my quiz and you kind of found which layer was potentially the most dominant for you, it doesn't mean that nothing else is coming into play. But what it might mean is [00:06:00] working on one thing can help with all the things.
So let's get into all five one at a time and just pay attention to where you might feel any like pings or like, "Oof.
Yep, that's me. Oof. I can feel that." Um, and I'm going through these in no particular order. so just notice what your body does as you listen to see what's resonant, what is not resonant.
So layer one, conditioning. With conditioning, it could look like, how you see yourself, right?
one example could be, you know, worth is something that you earn. what is-- So this is kind of where it could be, and this, these are examples of what it could sound like, that conditioning language. I- I'll rest once everything's done. If I just push a little harder, then I can relax. I haven't earned a break.
some people don't feel, because of our conditioning, we might not feel safe to slow down. we might find our value in how much we produce. and we might have a hard time saying no because we're worried about what everybody else might think. So that's what it sounds like.
So it can [00:07:00] kind of look like over-functioning and a bit of never enoughness. Okay? And this is just a specific example of conditioning. there can be-- we can be conditioned to think the opposite, right? we can be conditioned to under-function and to always feel like we're enough. So this is just an example of what some conditioning could look like if you go down one corridor, but it's not all-encompassing for conditioning specifically.
So this is what it can sound like. This is what it can look like. And if the over-functioning is resonant with you, or this never enoughness over time,
these are research-backed. This can lead to burnout, anxiety, and depression. So that could be an example of what the conditioning layer might look like for somebody. The nervous system layer might be where our body reacts before we kind of have a say. We might have a trigger before we can even realize where that trigger came from.
Right? So what that could sound like is, especially if our body reacts and we overreact with somebody [00:08:00] before we know what we're even doing, right? It could be some version of like, "Ugh, why can't I just calm down?" Or you could be with your nervous system, you might be saying you're fine when everything is clearly not fine.
you might feel like something bad is about to happen, even if that's not necessarily true. You might have a hard time turning your brain off. you might be snapping or reacting at people and not even really knowing why, or it might be happening before you feel like you chose to. And, being afraid to sit still or being exhausted, but not stopping your moving.
So this can look like, bracing, buzzing, shutting down. And in my courses, we go a lot deeper into all of this to kind of help you see, learn more about nervous system resilience, robustness, what the bracing can be , indicative of; the buzzing and the shutting down and going from there.
So This is what it can look like. And if not taken care of, it can look like a sustained allostatic load, high [00:09:00] cortisol, brain fog, insomnia, and lack of presence in the body.
Now, if story layer was dominant for you, or if you're curious about this story layer, it's kind of like, you know, we all have different ways that our body speaks to us, and for some people, it might feel like we have this inner voice, this inner narrator, and sometimes that can be helpful, and sometimes it might not be, right?
So the story layer might sound a little bit like, "Oh, things never work out for me. People always leave. Oh, don't get your hopes up. Ah, they're going to figure me out. they didn't text back. They must be mad at me. Oh, I already know how this ends." Okay? What it can look like is bracing, like bracing for a letdown or for a shoe to drop.
A lot of the work that I do is I help people create their story of the future, where we decide what we want things to look like, We're going to consciously decide what type of thoughts we want to be thinking, and the energy and the state of being that we want to be embodying as well.
So this is an example, but it's more of like a, a default mode network if we're not conscious with [00:10:00] what our body's doing, which I'll get to in a little bit. So what it sounds like, what it looks like, or this might be an indicator that the story stuff is a big thing for you.
What it can lead to is rumini- rumination, higher suicide risk, bad decision-making, our problem-solving skills might wane, and our support system can erode. Because if we're not able to, go deep in relationships or we self-sabotage before they get too close; they didn't text back.
They must be mad at me." Okay, from that space, like, how are we responding? Or if we think all relationships end poorly, we might be s- self-sabotaging before-- self-sabotaging and ending the relationship ahead of time before giving someone else the chance to, to do that themselves, if that makes sense.
or if you're in a great relationship and, and you think, "Maybe this is too good to be true, something's coming," right? Imagine how you're going to be showing up relationally when that's the energy that you're embodying, okay?
The wounding layer. This can be, like, a quiet belief that something's wrong with [00:11:00] me.
It can sound like I'm too much, I'm not enough. If they really knew me, they'd leave. Everyone else seems to know what they're doing except me. It's probably my fault. this can look like shrinking. This can look like over-apologizing.
This can also look like shame. Can you kinda feel the shame in a lot of this? And shame is a very isolating emotion, and it can be very activating to our nervous system. So over time, it can lead to shame, which increases depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, and having a hard time receiving love, which I see with so many people socialized as women that I work with.
That receiving piece can be really hard to truly lean into and open yourself up to. And we do it for protective reasons, and the more we can understand the why behind some of these behaviors, the more we can kind of tease out what we want to do about it, if anything.
Okay? And this other layer, layer five, is inheritance. It might be the voice who sounds like the people who raised you. "Oh, we don't talk about that. We don't talk about money. [00:12:00] Oh, don't be selfish. You should be grateful that, Or other people have it worse than me, or you're being dramatic.
That's just how it is. That's just the culture." it could be repeating the patterns and behaviors that you swore you wouldn't when you were younger, right? You like-- maybe you observe things, and you're like, "That will not be me." And then suddenly you show up in a certain way with a relationship or with your family or your kids, and you realize, "I'm doing the thing I swore I wouldn't do."
that can be an indicator of this inheritance layer. If we're not taking care of the stuff that was passed down to us, what we don't heal gets transmitted through our parenting or through other relationships, right?
if we have adverse childhood experiences, which, is another topic, another call, and if we're not taking care of the stuff that's passed down, it can also be linked to, adult mental and physical disease. We know that descendants of Holocaust survivors are predisposed to more anxiety and depression than those who weren't.
That can be an example of adverse childhood experiences.
Okay, so [00:13:00] something I want you to be mindful of too is the layers that you carry that are running the show underneath the surface, they didn't form in a vacuum. There were a lot of different factors that came into play that have informed your subconscious, that you internalized when you were younger, and
we're going to talk about what those layers are and go from there. And what I want you to know is, these layers and the things that have informed your subconscious behavior, a lot of that happened to you before you had a choice to say "actually, I'm good with not feeling ashamed about everything.
I'm actually good there. I won't internalize this. I won't internalize that."
The way I like to think about, the ways that we think and believe about ourselves is it's like we have this belief garden. Maybe the soil with which our belief garden is resting upon could be what we inherited genetically or belief systems that we inherited from our ancestors or from our parents, okay?
And there's research to back this up. We have intergenerational trauma. We [00:14:00] have transgenerational trauma. There is stuff that can be passed down genetically. it doesn't mean everything that's there blooms.
But what I want to say is when you were growing up as a child, there were different beliefs and thoughts and experiences that you internalized before knowing you had a choice to not internalize them. Now that you have a fully developed brain, it's almost like you can come into this garden, this belief garden, and check up on everything.
"Huh, what is here? What, what is manifesting in my garden today? And do I even like it? Do I like squash? Do I like radishes? What do I want to do with this raspberry plant that's taking over everything?" So now that we're coming into awareness of what's actually there, what's been running the show subconsciously and what's been blooming and blossoming in our belief garden, this is where we can actually do something about it.
So it's not about judging or shaming or being mad at yourself for what's there. It's more about taking this, like, curious, [00:15:00] compassionate gardener approach, right? The approach that a gardener would take to a new garden, even though it's been your garden, you just realized it was there.
When we can be curious and compassionate and open, we can be like, "Huh, this is here. What do I want to do with this?" Versus like, "These raspberries are overtaking everything. There's clearly something wrong with me." So I just want to give you some examples of different systems that may have informed your particular garden.
And for you, the work can be, deciding what's resonant, what's not resonant, what did inform your garden and what didn't. Okay? So this isn't all-encompassing for everybody. Okay, if you grew up in the United States, and generally Western world, then you were probably conditioned to some degree by capitalism.
And you might be asking, "What does capitalism have to do with my subconscious?" Generally, if you went to school in the United States, you were raised in a system that has been training you to become an employee for life. It's been training you to sit in chairs. It's been training you to associate worth [00:16:00] with how much money you earn, to associate worth with how much you work.
It definitely had some sort of impact on you, and it's up to you to decide what that may or may not be. So I can speak to how it informed me and the way that I work and the way that I show up and blame myself or not blame myself. and it's going to be different for everybody.
Maybe you grew up in a capitalist society, but with the way that your parents raised you, if there are negative parts of capitalism, maybe those didn't affect you as much because of how your parents may have intercepted certain ideas. So capitalism is an example of one that could be there.
Patriarchy could be a thing, could be there, too. America was founded on Puritanical values, which also is heavily associated with value and work and value and work. patriarchy does not need to be a dirty word, and if you don't like this word, you can find another word.
I want you to know that patriarchy affects all humans very [00:17:00] negatively, which it's a whole other call, of course. And again, just take what's resonant. If this isn't resonant with you, like, you don't have to take that. You don't have to look into that or dig any deeper than you want.
But I'm just giving you guys examples of stuff that could have informed your subconscious without you knowing before you consciously knew that w- that it was actually doing that, okay?
So oppression was inherited. This is the stuff that gets passed down, that is informing your human experience before you even really knew it, right? And, you know, if we were to have more time, I would talk more about intersectionality and how that comes into play and affects everybody differently.
but a lot of times you don't really know what fishbowl you're swimming in until you add new lenses to your lived experience. We were informed by our culture, our parents, media, stuff that we watch, where we were born, what we look like, who we were raised around, what we internalize.
When it comes to these layers, a lot of us have some ratio [00:18:00] of all five are informing our lived experience. They're informing our behavior. And if you want things to be different, , step one is naming them. And the road back to changing any behaviors that you're not loving or developing out the patterns and gifts that you know that you want to develop out; The road back is through your body, okay?
Your body has been speaking to you this whole time, and becoming fluent in the language of your human body, understanding how your body speaks uniquely to you, is everything. I have been coaching people for almost a decade, and this is one of the biggest parallels. It's about coming home to yourself, understanding yourself, getting clear on your values, getting clear on what that little sensation means for you, because it's different for everybody.
All right? So knowing your layers is the map, and working through them is the method.
And the method is through my Fluent Human course. We go through the five layers, walked through with me [00:19:00] in easy-to-digest, calls, right? And everything that I'm teaching is nervous system-based, neuroscience-backed, trauma-informed, and psyche-connected. We want the intuition piece to be there because as we're learning more about our body, we need to learn about it in such a way that we're not not bypassing the needs of our nervous system, where we're not bypassing the calls of our soul, right?
It's about getting everything working online cohesively, and I have yet to find another course or certification that does the same thing.
Here are some examples of whether this course could be for you. Maybe you're reacting in ways that you don't fully understand. Maybe you really want your life to be different, even if you're not sure w- exactly what you want that to look like.
Maybe you've tried the mindset thing, maybe you've tried journaling, maybe you've tried therapy, and you just feel like there's something more. you still feel like there's something missing. if you have a, a relationship or a person that keeps pulling you back or holding you from becoming who you know you're meant to become, or I like to say who you know you're meant to return to,
And you're ready to understand it. [00:20:00] Okay? Maybe you just want to be more regulated, more present, more aware. this work is amazing for people who want to become coaches, but also it's going to help your relationship with your inner circle, those five to ten people that you're around the most.
The more you understand yourself, it's going to shift how you interact in your most intimate relationships and impact them for the better. Okay? And that doesn't always mean, you get closer with everybody. It might actually help you see that there's some boundaries to set, or there's something to get clear on.
And I'm a big believer that the more you get to know yourself and live in alignment with your values and hold boundaries where you need to, that's going to bring the relationship to whatever head it is meant to be brought to. If you are a leader, a therapist, a coach, a clergy member, or some sort of helper in the world, and you sense that there is something you're missing in the way that you support people, yeah, this is for you.
Maybe you just want to understand yourself better. Maybe you just want to understand people better, [00:21:00] why they do the things that they do. This course is for you. If you've been told everything is a mindset problem, and you've tried that avenue, and it hasn't gotten you anywhere, this course is for you.
Maybe you're just-- maybe you already realize how multifaceted and multidimensional you are. This course is going to meet you where you're at. Now, we're going to go through this kinda quickly, but you can always pause if you need to get more details.
the big thing that I want to say that differentiates my course from everything else I've been seeing out there is we have people talking about the nervous system, and we have people talking about trauma, and we have people talking about affirmations and, and spirituality, but nobody's bringing them all together.
Okay? People are trying to do it by bypassing the body, or they're u-using the body but not , layering in the power of the mind, right? No one is connecting it all until now, So we want to make sure that, we're using a whole-bodied approach to learning, growth, habit change and behavior change.
And if you're going to use-- if you want these things to be sustainable [00:22:00] over time, you need to have your body on board.
By the end of this course, you will be fluent in the most important language there is, yourself. Understand yourself, get everything working together, knowing what needs to happen for real change, seeing people in your lives differently, and moving through your "One Big R" with real support.
When I talk about our "One Big R," the way that the course works is you have these, like, really easy to digest videos that you watch, and with each pillar there is an accompanying workbook, And the workbook helps you self-apply and integrate the stuff that was taught, specific to your situation, specific to your body, so that you can learn about yourself as you're watching the videos.
This is not just straight up consumption. This is consumption, this is self-application, this is integration. All right? And so when people go through this course, they can go through it and work through what I call your "One Big R." And just know that it can evolve, it can change. you don't have to get your "One Big R" right for real change work to happen because working on one thing helps with everything, [00:23:00] right?
But it can be a partner, it can be a parent, a child, money, your body, a church, an institution, an organization, a community, a past experience, and it can be yourself.
so there's a lot of wiggle room there to work through whatever's you're specifically wanting to work through.
So eight pillars, one complete human education. And every single pillar that I go through is teaching you from a different angle.
Okay? We talk about safety, we talk about trust, we talk about trauma and trauma responses. I go very in-depth with the nervous system resilience piece, regulation, co-regulation, trauma-informed mindset and thought work. So using your amazing brain to compound what we're doing here, right? We're learning all about what's been going on under the surface, and then using what we've learned here, to compound the effects of that, right?
And we want to do it, of course, in a trauma-informed way. , More like [00:24:00] self-application, emotional, relational skills that you can use for yourself, clientele, or people in your inner circles (with consent, of course). more professional application. So I say professional application, but if you're doing this just for yourself, you can still learn these tools just for the people that you're around.
So if you're going through this course just for yourself and not to become a coach, everything taught here can be self-applied to you, how you work with yourself, how you listen to yourself, or how you're showing up for those in your inner circle, okay? And your inner circle is kind of like, in a lot of ways, it's your world.
So how you show up in that inner circle, you know, you changing that dance is going to change the dance of every relationship, for the better. and then this pillar eight, this is something else that not a lot of people are talking enough about, but we need to be clear on core values, mission statements, sovereignty, so that we can have a clear map around where we're headed, why that matters so that we can move towards,
So that we can better [00:25:00] understand ourselves, but also so that others can understand us more readily as well. Yes, this is a course, but I am a connector at heart. So for those who are wanting more, there are options for you to have a live experience as well.
If you want to connect with other humans, there will be ways for you to have a live experience as well,
which is pretty amazing. And so what that looks like is we have two semesters per year where we have eight live calls. And when you sign up for the course or the certification,
You basically get to come to three semesters worth of calls. and this is where we're going to debrief on a pillar every single week, if there's time, we're going to do some live coaching or demonstrations in real time. Bring your questions, and also connect intimately with other humans doing the same work.
All right?
I love the work that I do so much, and one of my favorite full circle things is also doing retreats. And so every 18 months or so, I like to hold some sort of international retreat. And meeting you guys live is one of my [00:26:00] favorite things in the world.
It's this full circle moment where we found each other in one way, and then we get to hang out in another way, and it's just, like, one of my most, most, most favorite things. So this is a picture from one of the retreats that I did in the South of France because I lived there for six years, so it was really easy to host retreats there.
But we already have plans to do our next international retreat as well. So those plans are in the works, and I'm of course excited about it. And my alumni or anyone concurrently enrolled are always the people who get first dibs for these retreats.
Real humans, real transformation. Jenny says, "I've been able to heal parts of my past that I never thought possible, and the positive changes in my life, the lives of my family members, I am incredibly grateful. It's not just about addressing and supporting the past, but empowering myself to build a resilient and fulfilling future."
This person went through another certification before finding mine, and she says, "Not only did this program offer so many elements of healing, but I was able to actively heal my own [00:27:00] trauma and childhood wounds. My life will never be the same."
This client has been on my podcast before and spoken about it publicly, she was able to become sober through applying the work taught in my certification programs. Kristi says, "The biggest change is recognizing things that trigger a response in my body." It used to mean someone was mad.
Now it prompts me to ask if the other person's okay. She used to associate one thing with one thing, and now she's decoupled and recoupled a certain noise with a different response. That kind of stuff is huge because of course, this could be running the show under the surface.
And so becoming aware of that and deciding, "Huh, is that what I want to couple those noises with or change?" She was able to kind of shift that, which I think is pretty amazing. here's one person who says she lived her entire existence without boundaries. she didn't know what boundaries were.
Through the program, she was able to [00:28:00] understand how boundaries felt in her body, not just logically, and how to articulate them. And that was such a huge game changer for her. We'll just do one more. this client says that the program is such a gentle approach, and huge changes happen as we draw connections between our past and present selves.
I love how this program eliminates shame and judgment. So let's talk about your route into this course. If you know you want the certification, if you know you're doing this for certification reasons,
you have access to your own discount through the certification, so we'll make sure that the link that you have will also provide you a discount for the certification as well.
If you sign up in seventy-two hours, you are going to get this fast action pricing for eleven ninety-seven instead of fourteen ninety-seven.
And this is literally me taking everything I've been teaching, all the parallels, all the patterns I've been seeing in humans for over eight years, and putting it into one easy-to-digest course for you. All right? You [00:29:00] have access to the live debrief calls if you want. You have over four hundred pages of workbook and resources.
You get to work through a sticky relationship, and get some major traction there. And as long as the course is alive, you get lifetime access to the course and future upgrades. So this is the fast action price. Do not miss out.
You do not need to be a coach to take this course, right? this course is designed for anyone. It's for parents, leaders, therapists, coaches, stay-at-home moms, CEOs, executives. and you can also gift this course to people that you care about, that are important to you as well.
this course is self-paced. It is current... When there is not an active semester happening, it is dripped. Every pillar is dripped weekly, and when there's a live semester happening, We change the drip to give you full access more quickly so You can sign up at any time, watch the necessary videos before the debrief call, and come to those calls live.
I have coached a ton of [00:30:00] people who have done a lot of personal development work, and what a lot of people say is, "This was the missing piece. This took all the snippets of information that I had and wrapped it up in a nice bow for me to really understand how I interact with my body, how my body interacts with me."
How is this different from therapy? This is different from therapy because it's not therapy. I am very pro-therapy. I love therapy. This is education. This is going to help you get some traction on your stickiest relationship. It's not taking you down to the depths of trauma therapy like E-EMDR, internal family systems, ART, those types of deeper processing, right?
So this is we're becoming aware of our patterns. We're changing patterns. We're getting support in changing patterns on our own. We're learning, emotional processing. I'd say we're even learning a deeper level of emotional processing that a lot of coaches, out there are doing, but we're also making sure that we stay in our lane.
And I'm a big believer that the more that we know about our bodies, we also know where our [00:31:00] limitations are and where professional support might be needed as well.
If you know you want additional one-on-one support during this course, you can upgrade to have a coach do calls with you. So look for that little checkbox when you check out, and that way you can have someone walking through the course with you and helping you with whatever it is that you're working through if you know you want a little bit more attention.
All right, we talked about the one big R. Yes, we have payment plans. you can sign up for this course in one, two, or three easy payments. And of course, you can upgrade to the full certification later. So if you go through this course and you love it and you come to the live calls and then you want to upgrade to the certification program, you can do that at the certification price minus what you paid here.
