I’m Clare Goff, and my goal is for this corner of the internet to be a place where we can openly explore our hearts, desires, insecurities, fears, and dreams through thought-provoking conversations and creative expression. I value the beautiful power of storytelling and emotions, which is why is important for me to share my mental health and healing journey in hopes of empowering others, while also creating opportunities for intentional healing within our everyday lives. This is a safe space where we will build community and connection by sharing resources, facilitating honest conversations, and growing through vulnerability and courage - TOGETHER. I have experienced immense healing through sharing and storytelling, so I plan on expressing myself through this podcast and welcoming others guests to do the same.
