40Rollz is also excited to welcome Lily Beyer to talk about her brand, Garden of Serpents. Lily has been training BJJ since 2016 and is currently a purple belt who manages and coaches at Neutral Ground Academy. Lily has also received her pink belt certification for Self Defense through the "Gracie Women's Empowerment program in March of 2021.   Come along and listen as Lily takes us down a path of stepping into your power, self awareness, healthy boundaries, and an overall outlook on how to be the best version of yourself.
