You’re Not for Everyone
I’m Jackie Henderson—a mental health counselor, fitness and dance professional, memoir author, and host of a soul-stirring podcast rooted in truth and transformation.
But titles don’t define me. I’m here to wake people up.
I don’t do surface-level. I don’t do sugarcoated. I speak from lived experience—with all the pain, growth, and healing that shaped me—and I invite others to meet themselves there too.
My work sits at the intersection of emotional honesty, spiritual alignment, and physical embodiment. I help people reconnect with what’s real in a world that constantly tries to numb, distract, or divide us.
Whether I’m moving bodies through dance, guiding minds through therapy, or speaking truth into a mic, my mission is clear: To protect the vulnerable, challenge the status quo, and spark radical self-awareness.
This isn’t about playing small. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your power, and your peace—even in the chaos.
