To determine when & if ptsd is gone, there can not be audio or visual distractions that last longer than 1x/hr and cannot be flicked away in under 1 second so automatically. AUTOMATICITY is the goal. 

this month's goal is to remove as many media files & (a) RECORD DATA from HCHSMP file (b) finish letter--1st professionally & also will state steps in methodology (c) plant seed for DAILY WRITING.
