I will update this process as it goes which is DIFFERENT than the first go---with Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NWMH)---since didn't know what to do mostly since in shock, but kept trying to do wisemind (make the best decision for you in the moment considering creative/emotional & rational/logical hemispheres of the brain according to DBT from NWMH, but to me, it's the decision to ALWAYS CONFRONT IT asap since I learned if you wait (even a day), there's more opportunity for "them" to deny, betray & abandon (how suicide thrives). Definitions are next. That's composition 8 or "Words Way Better Than Great! Describe the Triggers."

Thank you to the person who asked me, "What are your triggers?" (before NWMH DBT/CBT asked me to do the same) & I finally figured them out---took 2 years---but I emailed that person & their response to it was "confusing" then, but now, with the behavior being repeated, I think I finally got it.

A little ptsDUH here. I may be a slow learner post tbi, but once I get it, I really get it.
