Documenting my notes verbally until I can get back to writing/reading/use of notebooks & working every day on a recovery of distracting, unrelenting & mentally taxing nerve radiculopathy that currently is hips down. This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing.
The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.
Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.

I didn't realize this till later, but several events I planned I did so fully focused on how to remove traumas I had heard accumulate over the years to be put away in one giant gesture to say, " I heard you by proving it."
I'll be reliving the Rehearsal Dinner, the Wedding, a Birthday Party of a child with special needs & Baby Shower of my best friend to put EVERY EVENT ever intended into so based on true-life, but it's not exact since I'm teaching you how to remove it with the moments to listen & look for that are patterns to know, "oh, this person can't hear me." They're in an OPPOSITIONAL DEFIANT MODE (lite) where you can't say it's not everyone.
