This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing.
The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.
Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.

As I listen to this, upload it knowing the seeds planted for HOMELESS (MEN & WOMEN) is complete, I can start writing reviews & it's all about do you trust them & customer service/mental health with someone screaming, "no no no no no no!" & seeing that happen again in a series (Ozarks) and reliving it & losing TV (highly recommended. Watched with friends who knew, the only way to get through this is to expose self to, in this case, TV, but what to watch). Then I lost TV for a long time, but due to it being one of the most severe triggers, I made a YouTube video to put away non-consent film.
*actually, it was about listening to someone and trying to put away three trauma EVERY DAY, and then marriage being to one's best friend. No one needed to know that two of my best friends at different times in my life--one male, one female-- (the person you talk to every day died) and I never need to mention it again because I flipped it during this relationship that was really about childhood trauma/family dynamic that was explained with PSYCHOLOGY. The savior complex.
