The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.
Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.

A 2nd GO & a dinner relived where I decided to do nothing. Say nothing unless spoken to & no follow-up. Said ahead of time. I'll be different so you get it. How else to FULLY UNDERSTAND. Standing around in the cold not talking about what to do/go next. "How about we go inside?" & this memory just on replay 1x every 3 years, so no need to talk about it.
