This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing.
The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.
Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.
Just write what you hear---like note-taking---and don't worry about grammar, spelling or readability. Just *GET **IT OUT.

Personal files were stolen. I know because I purposely put them in a place to be NEAR the SOURCE of TRAUMA to prove to self & expose "body" (lizard brain, in survival mode) to it by sitting there & get an answer from someone who is AVOIDING QUESTIONS. Gee, who does that sound like.
