This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing.
The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.
Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.

I just listened to a random spot & it talks about urination issues so yes, we'll discuss everything since not wanting to get out of the house or being around people unless they can be UNDERSTANDING is a big deal.
What to do? not drink water. not drink a lot of water. or DRINK A LOT OF WATER in order to induce urination & then GO OUT. This is the best way to describe the words I remember saying, "I need to go to bathroom before we go." Who were the first ones to know? Obviously, my Chicago [female] friends. Let's start there!
