Although everyone's nutrition strategies will differ depending on their goals, there are very few situations when eating before a training session is not going to be beneficial.

In this episode I look at situations when it might be helpful to eat before training, and also go into detail on what types of foods to eat before a training session, depending on meal timing in relation to your workout.
