#106. Weight loss vs fat loss: is there a difference?

Weight loss and fat loss are two terms that are often used interchangeably, however it is important that we understand and are able to differentiate between them. 

Our scale weight can fluctuate for many reasons, however this is not always going to be due to an immediate increase or decrease in your body fat levels. 

In this episode I look at the difference between weight loss and fat loss, why it matters, and also cover some of the many factors that can contribute to weight loss that don't always lead to a decrease in fat.
