#146. Eating windows: how flexible meal timing can improve consistency
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
One thing I see regularly are people struggling with consistency around food - and not because they don’t know what to eat, but because rigid meal timing simply doesn’t fit real life.
In this episode, I discuss eating windows - a nutrition tool that can help encourage more regular meal patterns whilst allowing for flexibility around life. I cover how eating windows work, who they may help, why flexible structure is often more sustainable than rigid meal schedules and how improving consistency around meal timing may help with energy levels, hunger management and overall nutritional consistency.
