A little about us:
- Alica is a girl mom, fitness instructor, certified life coach, and “imperfect vegan” who believes time in nature heals the soul. A former travel guide shaped by her adventures, she’s passionate about helping people live fully and authentically.
- Jessica is a dog mom, lifelong fiction reader and newbie bass guitar player, certified health coach, and self-proclaimed health nerd who has navigated Hashimoto’s while experimenting with countless diets before landing on a balanced, non-restrictive way of eating that feels good for her.
Together, our different paths and shared curiosity fuel conversations that are honest, practical, and inspiring. You’ll hear our personal stories as well as insights from fascinating guests—experts in nutrition, mental well-being, fitness, and more.

It's the last episode of Hungry For More in 2023! The new year is a special time for us as coaches, because it is a common time that people (including us) consider what they want to change for the upcoming new year. It is a time of reflection. This week, Jessica and Alica add on to last year's New Years episode to further discuss resolutions, goalsetting, and how to approach personal growth next year.
