Here’s how it often goes for people who train from home:
They follow YouTube videos or workouts on an app and see really good results. They get fitter, lose weight, but after a while, those results start to slow down and they enter a bit of a plateau…
Their physique isn’t really changing, they’ve not yet reached that sculpted, muscular look they’ve been aiming for, and they’re wondering why their training “isn’t working” anymore.
You can ABSOLUTELY reach your body and fitness goals training from home BUT, it’s going to take a bit more thought once you’re past the newbie stage.
