Why is it that we always mess things up and end up in "screw-it" mode when we start seeing results?!

You'd think seeing changes in your body and feeling more confident would be motivating, but some people find it actually makes them take their foot off the gas...

A voice in the back of their mind starts saying:

"Treat yourself this weekend, you deserve it"

"Having a few extra snacks won't make a difference"

"It doesn't matter if you skip those ab exercises just this once"
