My Best Advice For New Runners | E135
I've gone from a self-proclaimed running hater to completing my first marathon over the past few years.
I remember the way sense of achievement I got after my first 10k (and I also remember how much my joints were screaming at me and how exhausted I felt for the rest of the day).
I've also been navigating the balance between running and training in the gym because I've worked too hard for too many years at my strength to let that go down the drain.
