It's the time of year where many of you will be jetting off for a well-deserved break to soak up some sunshine or explore a new city.

But with that might be coming a little bit of concern around what will happen to your body when you can't hit the gym or track your macros as you might usually do at home...

Today I'm giving you all my best advice for how to avoid losing muscle whilst you're away, from food choices to how to have an effective hotel-room workout.

And I'll also be telling you what the research says about how long it takes before we actually start to lose muscle mass so you can decide whether it's worth hunting out a local gym or using your trip as a good chance for a deload!
