Fund2000.com Real Estate Podcast
Real estate is housing, its business, and so much more. Its complex. This podcast breaks down complex real estate issues such as sales, mortgages, foreclosures, and more. My name is Chuck Hamm. I began in real estate started after college when I became a sales agent in 2004, a licensed broker in 2008, then graduated of law school in 2017, and passed the California Bar Exam in 2019. I am a licensed mortgage loan originator, and principal and officer of California Mortgage Professionals, and I am a principal and officer in a nonjudicial foreclosure business, where I also assist in processing foreclosures. Subscribe to receive content about the real estate industry from sales and mortgages, to foreclosures, and all focused on California real estate issues.
