Doug Partello is an effective homeless advocate. In his efforts to help unsheltered people at a known encampment where government workers had visited for many months, Doug asked a simple question and found Loyd. Doug's efforts saved Loyd's life. This episode sheds light on how individuals can make the needed difference in helping the invisible people we see everyday.
