We all like to feel comfortable and it is a normal human response to delay discomfort. Choosing discomfort now sounds like this coach-y advice that just sounds like a lot of BS. Why would we want to be uncomfortable? And what does it have to do with our goals anyway? The truth is that we do spend time being uncomfortable and I will explain in this episode. I want to give you a new way to think about comfort and discomfort and help you to understand how you can use this to actually make you happier and to help you achieve your goals.
