Let's talk about diet. We all try to eat pretty healthy, most of the time. Right? Maybe some of us more than others. There is one thing that we might be missing. A connection between what we are eating and how we are feeling every day. I am going to give you examples of when this is obvious and, in what ways, we might totally miss the boat on this. I will share with you what I am doing to reset my body this week and then you can decide if there is anything that you would like to consider changing, for the benefit of how you will feel.
