We all want things and we all like things. What is the difference, really? Very often it is easy to identify the things that we want. It requires an action to give something to ourselves right away, in the moment. It takes a little bit more considering to figure out what the things are that we like. Usually it's a good feeling that we get after something happens. Or when we are proud of ourselves, for doing something hard, or for not doing something. For sticking to a plan. Let's take a look at how to figure this out in our life.
