Think about the way that you live your every-day life. How many days seem the same? How many days are filled with activities that are closely aligned with your core values? We have all established some habits that we WANT to keep. They are habits that help us stay close to those values. Or they propel us towards our goals. And then we have other habits. That feel comforting but are not as aligned with the values or goals that we have. Let's put a magnifying glass on how we are living each day so that we can make it just right for us.
