What Happens When You Go Without?

It's natural to want to make more room in our life for hobbies, friends, other things that we want to work towards. And we feel like we don't have time. Or we might want to work towards a specific goal, but there are things in our way that stop us from getting there. This week, we will explore an idea that can jump-start the results, borrowing a strategy that doctor's use to solve a physical problem by 'going without', as an experiment. Sometimes, we have to isolate the possible problems, in order to figure out exactly what is causing us pain.
