The Capitalize Podcast is a crowd-sourced real estate investment show hosted by real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners Grant Smith and Chris Cascella. The show covers ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE so you can go from your first property to running your own real estate business. After being assigned to the same dorm room freshman year at the University of Cincinnati, Chris Cascella and Grant Smith worked on various business ventures together before Sharper Capital Partners began in 2019. Sharper Capital Partners is a private lending company based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
