Since joining the industry in 2013, Lawrence has been a core team member on multiple capital expansion projects from design through implementation for large biotech firms in the Greater Boston area. He has extensive experience in asset management and reliability engineering in GMP manufacturing and laboratory operations. Lawrence has led teams in optimizing workflows in resource modeling, new equipment purchases, and training strategies.​

He earned his MBA in Health Sector Management from Boston University and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. Lawrence's communication skills and attention to detail have enabled him to address complex challenges with logical and cost-effective solutions.

Lawrence holds a Certified Reliability Leader recognition from The Association of Asset Management Professionals and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.

Oscar is an innovative Program Manager and Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, specializing in the strategy, planning, and execution of program and project specific goals across functional departments while utilizing historical data and operational trends to analyze potential risks and create program level efficiencies. His 12 year career began in academic research (oncology, regenerative medicine, and microbiology), before transitioning into the pharma and biotech industry. For the last several years Oscar has worked as a Program, Project, and Alliance manager in R&D and Commercial organizations. He is currently working with pharma and biotech teams to understand and improve their workflows through Lean 6 Sigma practices.
