It’s a common refrain- there just aren’t enough hours in the day! But what if I told you, there ARE ways to find more time? It can be a simple as a shift…from thinking “I don’t have time” to HOW do I want to prioritize my time? Mindfulness can actually help us find more time. The key is to manage our attention and what matters most.

By taking simple mindful breaks, we can become much more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and habits, which brings the clarity we need in order to choose how we want to spend our days. From mindful moments, coffee breaks, commuting to work, and making lists, these ideas are great ways to create pause, lengthen the lingering, and create more space in our day.

This episode gives you some tangible tips, which are especially great for this time of year. So settle in, or head out for a walk, and get ready to take some small action to help you find more time even during the busiest of seasons.
