From Skipped Lunches to Mindful Living: Meet Meg Wolfe, Mindfulness Expert
As a special education teacher, I never took lunch. Ever. It was typical of me to put my students’ and own kids’ needs above my own, and it wasn’t unusual for me to realize at 4 pm that I hadn’t eaten or even finished my coffee. Like many overstretched women, I hit the ground running each day, and I didn’t power down until my battery was depleted.
In this first episode of Our Mindful Way podcast, I introduce myself and share a little bit about my own transformation through mindfulness, what mindfulness actually is, and so much more.
I’m so excited to share mindfulness with you. For any woman who has felt overwhelmed, burnt out, exhausted, the mission of my podcast will be to make mindfulness accessible to you, focusing on providing tips and tools to help you create a life to love and enjoy.
