Welcome back to A Slice of Humble Pie. I'm your host, P2. I'm a nutrition and fitness professional, a lover of pie and a curious human on planet Earth. Today's episode is a short one and I am so damn excited to unveil Level Up. What is it? Let's talk about it.

Level Up is designed for athletes and high performers, aiming to enhance both their nutrition and their mindset. So I personally feel that we sideline these two topics and we think of them as like an afterthought, but they're really essential in pushing us to our potential in the gym and in our sport, and I also feel that we over-complicate it or over-generalize it. Especially nutrition, it's not just about eating healthy or not eating junk or, you know, for mindset, being mentally tough. There's more to it. So the mindset part of this program is called the Mindset Variable. Please listen to episode 10 of this podcast featuring Dylan Nadler, who is the founder of MindLock, the creator of the Mindset Variable. So he created this really efficient and impactful mindset resource, which includes champion goal setting, mastering self-talk, developing performer identity, developing awareness, imagery, visualization and training the mind to become more resilient. I was so inspired that I created the Nutrition Fundamentals, which follows a similar structure, and it includes building awareness, navigating potential barriers, creating sustainable strategies, meal planning, eating for performance, eating for competition, refining the specifics and improving our relationships with food. So, overall, in Level Up, we have stripped down the complexity and eliminated the noise to present you with clarity, Because ultimately, like I believe that we need more support implementing rather than gathering even more information.

It's already overwhelming and confusing, and I also believe a lot of us already know some of the foundations, but no one's above the basics and some of the really good resources are not always accessible, especially for the athletes that may need it the most. We all know that there are many variables that contribute to being an athlete and, depending on where we are in the world, our athletic level, our starting points, our background, our sport, the resources we may have access to and the goals that we're working towards, then we need support like regardless that we're working towards, then we need support like regardless. So, as a coach, I am on a mission to make sure that no athlete gets left behind. So this program offers self-paced, action-oriented courses that you cannot fall behind on. It's not meant to be linear, but to sort of match your background and your starting point, and there's also weekly live calls I will lead to explore specific topics further community access and discussion resources, like in the videos and the tactical exercises.

So the whole point is community driven, to allow you, the participants, to connect, learn and grow together so that we have that area, that there is support and accountability, Individually as well as a team. If you want to, you can rely on them. You don't have to share anything if you don't want to. Of course, that's the whole point of the self stuff. So the combination of the practical nutrition, guidance and mental conditioning is really like it's ideal for anyone that is aiming for a holistic and long term resource like development.
