Welcome to Braving the Way with Dr. Fletch
Braving the Way with Dr. Fletch is a retired mental health podcast hosted by Dr. Adrian Fletcher-human first, psychologist second. A trafficking survivor living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), Dr. Fletcher has spent nearly two decades in the mental health field as a clinician, consultant, speaker, educator, and writer.

It's the last episode of season 1 of Braving the Way, and it has been such an incredible journey. A massive and heartfelt thank you for all of you who have listened along with me, and for all of my incredible and courageous guests who have come on the show, I'm so honored. Check out all the resources and guest info below!
Today I'm chatting solo from Telluride, Colorado, where I'm comfy, cozy, and filled with immense gratitude for this past year. It has been a year filled with growth and bravery, a year that I've met amazing people, hit professional milestones, took myself out of my comfort zone -- and also experienced many feelings and emotions, all to be expected as part of our souls' journey. I speak about this past year, as well as managing grief during the holidays, seeing the world as a good place, finding hope, navigating feelings of shame, and how resolutions for the New Year can really be seen as intentions and mindsets, allowing ourselves understanding, grace, and change.
I will see you all back here for the launch of season two on Friday March 3, 2023. Stay tuned for a special episode devoted to dissociative identity disorder awareness day March 5, 2023 featuring two very special guests.
Have a safe, happy, and healthy New Year!
With love and gratitude,
Dr. Fletch
