Kevin Quinn

Kevin Quinn is an RTO Legend who entered the rent-to-own industry at just 24 years old as a franchisee and rose to become one of its most influential leaders. As the founder and operator of Quality Rentals, he built a successful multi-store business from the ground up. Kevin served as President of APRO from 1993 to 1995, guiding the association through some of the industry's most turbulent political and legislative battles, including tax threats that could have fundamentally altered how RTO businesses operated. His tenure helped solidify APRO's credibility and advocacy effectiveness at both the state and federal level. Inducted into the APRO Hall of Honor in 2005, Kevin's career is a testament to what passion, perseverance, and deep industry commitment can build over decades in rent-to-own.
