Marshall Darr
Marshall Darr is the Co-Founder and CEO of StretchDollar, a health benefits platform built specifically for small businesses. StretchDollar gives employers a simple way to provide tax-free dollars to their employees, who then choose and own health plans that fit their individual needs — eliminating the one-size-fits-all frustration of traditional group plans. Before launching StretchDollar, Marshall spent a decade in the small business benefits space, including time at Gusto as an early employee working on their first health benefits rollout, and later as VP of Marketing and Partnerships at Decent, a health insurance startup. He holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from Santa Clara University.
