Karen Martin is an experienced rent-to-own professional with a career spanning two of the industry's most recognized organizations. She served as a Regional Manager for Buddy Mac Holdings (BMH), one of Buddy's Home Furnishings' largest multi-unit franchisee groups, overseeing multiple store locations across Missouri. BMH grew to operate over 75 Buddy's locations across multiple states, with a strong presence in southeastern Missouri. Prior to her role with BMH, Karen served as a Director at Rent One, one of America's largest independently owned rent-to-own companies. Her combination of franchise operations experience and corporate RTO leadership gives her a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build and manage high-performing stores in today's competitive market.
