Jennifer Harrod is the Owner and Director of Jamison's Sales & Rental, Inc., a family-rooted, independent rent-to-own business that has been a staple in Shelbyville, Kentucky since the early 1980s. Founded by Irvin Jamison and carried forward by his widow Brenda Thomas, the store's legacy of resilience — surviving the 1980s recession, the 2008 financial crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic — speaks to the enduring community trust it has built. Jennifer now stewards that legacy, operating two locations and offering rent-to-own, in-store financing, and cash sales on furniture, appliances, and electronics. An APRO member in good standing, Jennifer brings a customer-first philosophy and independent operator's perspective to the industry.
