Joe Milligan
Joe Milligan is a rent-to-own industry professional whose career reflects the kind of hands-on operational experience that defines great RTO leadership. He served as a Regional Manager for Buddy Mac Holdings (BMH), one of Buddy's Home Furnishings' largest multi-unit franchisee groups, which at its peak operated over 75 locations across multiple states. In his regional role, Joe oversaw multi-store performance, team development, and day-to-day operations across his territory. He has since transitioned to Rent One, one of America's largest independently owned rent-to-own companies, where he serves as a General Manager — bringing his multi-store management expertise and customer-focused approach to one of the industry's most respected brands. Joe's journey across both a major franchise group and an independent RTO powerhouse gives him a uniquely broad perspective on the industry.
