The magic tool chronic dieters disregard! Before you eat, do you ask yourself how hungry you are? Are you tuned into your hunger cues? And whilst you're eating, do you assess how full you're becoming? Do you stop and ask yourself if you've had enough to fuel and nourish your body?
Eating when you're not hungry, and past the point of enough (into very full territory), is a habit that stops you from weighing your natural weight. It's an emotional coping mechanism, as well as simply a habit, that doesn't serve you or create the results you want.
