No Sorry’s, Should’s, or Supposed to’s Part Two
•
Season 1
•
Episode 9
In this episode, Chelsea and Heather focus on a common therapy saying of Heather's which calls attention to times people apologize for things they do not need to, "should" on themselves, or find themselves holding themselves to expectations they don't have to meet. Part two focuses on “Supposed to’s” and explored examples of these things/how these things show up in Chelsea and Heather’s relationship. Just like in part one, this episode includes listener responses of what they struggle with in regards to "Supposed to’s”.
