Ronlyn is the co-host of The Overthinker’s Guide and Amber’s best friend.

Where Amber tends to unpack and analyse, Ronlyn brings a more direct, no-nonsense perspective. She notices details quickly, has strong opinions, and isn’t afraid to say what most people are thinking but won’t say out loud.

She’s also an overthinker—but in a different way. She questions things, challenges assumptions, and often pulls conversations back to what actually matters.

On the podcast, she balances the conversation. If something is being overcomplicated, she’ll say it. If something doesn’t make sense, she’ll push back.

The result is a dynamic where things get thought through properly, without losing touch with reality.
