Welcome to another episode of body over mind. This is your host Steven Yeh, as well as your co host Mike Chang. And today we're going to dive into the daily exercises that you can do to open up the energies in the body so that you can feel more vitality and strength and energy as you go throughout the day.

Compared to what some people feel on a daily basis, which is just lethargy and tiredness. And so we wanted to dive into that to not just talk about the exercises, but to also start to go into more depth of why we use these certain exercises in order to open up the body.  Mike, when you want to start to, to open up the body or create more energy inside of the body? What are the exercises that come into your mind for you to do that?

I can start off by sharing first on how I discovered the exercises to open up the energy.

Because that's really connected us to why we do these movements in the practice. So I was practicing some yoga before this. And and my background as a lot of you guys know are in fitness. And I always, I've always stretched. So when I would do yoga, I would stretch as well.

And it helped. I remember feeling feeling more energy flow in my body. And when I say energy flow, that means, because that in itself needs some definition, right? Because how, what does energy flow actually mean? How do we even know? How are we experiencing this energy? When your energy feels light, when your body feels light, when your mind feels very clear, when your body feels at ease, this is when your energy is flowing.

And therefore the direct opposite of those feelings is when your energy is stuck. Okay, so that's how you know. So I was stretching and I was moving, and I would move around when I exercise. And I would feel it would feel good. I wouldn't say I felt completely relaxed. But it did feel much more open than when I didn't do it.

So I knew that string training... And I knew that stretching would help because I can feel it after I do it. But I remember when I started to learn about the other other types of trainings, like when somebody is using acupuncture to open up meridians in the body, or certain points in the body using a needle.

And then I would hear about someone using acupressure. Basically pressing in a certain part of the body to do very similar things. And then I learned about a type of massage called neuromuscular release tension, NMRT. Which is, it's not very popular, it's not, I've never really heard anybody really talk about it.

But it's a type of massage where you are pressing into most parts of the body, between the bones, underneath the bones, between the muscles, and it's very painful. But the concept was also the same, it was to release pressure, it was to open up. Areas in the body, physical areas in the body that was blocked, so therefore more energy can flow.

And so when I started to learn, spend all this time, I started to see that there was this common pattern that was happening. And that... It was all about getting the body to become more loose, become more open. And so far I realized that at that moment I was doing strength training and I was stretching. But there is this method of pressing into the body.

And so I knew that this was very effective. Because I remember getting different types of massages and feeling very loose but in a different way than strength training and stretching. So that's what got me to start to... Learn about ultimately became tap massage, which again, it's not something that I created It's been around forever, but the concept is where we are tapping on the body And so the reason why we came with tap massage why we use this in the practice instead of you know Some of the other techniques I'm talking about is because of simplicity.

Because some of these other techniques require a lot more knowledge of the body. It requires a lot of very specific training. And if a person doesn't have the time, or they just don't have the skill set and experience, then we're talking about somebody having to spend, many years to be able to really do this properly.

And if they didn't spend that time, they may be injuring themselves. And plus, it's also a lot of effort to be able to... To press into different parts of the body and to be able to do this on a regular basis. Tap massage was also one of the techniques that I learned over the years. And, it's just basically tapping the body.

In certain parts of the body, there would be more increased in energy versus other parts. However there is no part of the body that doesn't, that wouldn't benefit from tapping on it. So therefore, tap massage became one of the five training methods that we use to open up the body. And so far we have strength training, we have stretching, we have tap massage.

And then breathing and meditation was Something that I also was practicing on, and there's no doubt that both of these directly helps with moving the energy. The really challenge there was how to combine it with the other three. How do we combine it in a way that Gets the energy to open because I can imagine like you have a tube and Because when I look at the body, I see it as tubes I see the veins and I see the meridians and I see it all that's just a lot of tubes and these tubes They need to be open some of them get blocked So now just imagine visualize for a moment, right?

You see a tube in your mind and now this tube you have like there's dirt inside the tube And then there's some really thick, gooey, substance inside the tube. Like honey, honey with dirt and and chunks of like clay that's mushy and weird. So then, imagine that you want to get rid of the things, you want to get it out of the tube.

So you press on one end of the tube. And then, as you're pressing on one end of the tube, and then afterwards, if you continue on one end, constantly, then you're moving it towards one direction. However, what happens if you go to the other end, and then you press on it and you squeeze the tube? You would send it back.

So therefore, it's not really going anywhere. And this was something important to remember because I had to understand how are we actually moving. What direction are we sending this energy? And This was important. If not, we would just be moving this gunk from one end to the other and it never exits out of the body.

So it took me years to start to understand about how to direct energy. And, I'm not a, I'm not a master at it. I'm just starting to get, to understand about this. But this was really important to really get a foundational understanding on so I can put this practice together to have it to be effective.

So I've, I started to test out a lot of different sequences, and because there was more than 60 moves in the beginning, there was like over 90 moves, so it took a while to really find which moves are the most important, and also how to arrange them in a way so that we can send all the blockages, we can clear it, In one direction that would, that would actually allow it to leave the body.

And, unlike a tube where you can clearly see where the ends or the openings are for it to squeeze out of there. The bodies may be a little bit different, right? We do have certain ends that have holes. So are we sending them down that way? Are we sending them up? Are we sending them down?

Is everything supposed to come out of the bottom? We're not dealing with just physical matter, right? We're dealing with energy. So these were things that I had to understand to figure out. And what I realized is that, ultimately, we wanted to send the energy upwards.

However... We didn't, we wouldn't want to just, in the beginning, send the energy upwards. Because first, if we just sent the energy upwards, that doesn't unblock the flow of energy inside the body. It just means that we're directing energy upwards. We also need to unblock certain parts in the body that stagnated.

Part of directing energy, before even directing energy, we just need to unblock the energy. We just gotta get everything to circulate before we actually try to direct it anywhere. The circulation is actually the foundation before we can even direct something. A lot of the practice in the beginning is actually about just opening up everything in the body.

Open up the circulation. And then, as the circulation becomes open, then we direct the energy upwards. And we want to direct it towards the head, towards the top of the head, because this is where we get the expansion of awareness. And this is important because if you direct energy, if you open it all up, and you don't direct it upwards energy could go to the bottom.

And if it goes to the bottom, it stays in the bottom then it stays in the in the lower area, right? Which then is basically where a lot of a lot of sexual desire would would get activated. So now this person is walking around, wants to go and hump everything and they're like, yeah, my energy is so open.

I want to go ahead and yeah that's great. If that's the only thing you want to accomplish, but if you want to focus on something else, it might be tough, and because you just can't get sex out of your head. Why is that happening? Because the energy is stayed there on the bottom.

It's not there on the top. The mind is only focused on one thing constantly. When we bring the energy upwards, now, we have an expansion of awareness versus awareness is fixated. on just one certain idea, one certain goal. So this is one of the reasons why it's important to really bring the energy upwards.

A lot of people's energies are very low. So they're always in survival. And survival is all about food, shelter, sex, reproduction, so it's it's just those basic needs. So we want to direct the energy upwards. So that's, so the practice was designed for that. We first open everything up, and then we move it upwards towards the head.

So let's go step by step here. So first, open up the energies and then you can start to direct it. Now, when you're talking about opening up the energies, one of the ways that you're talking about would be tap massage. And, since meeting you, I've been doing tap massage almost every day, especially in the morning time, I feel that it really helps to activate the system.

Wake me up much faster. Than compared to some of the other exercises I do. It also just stimulates all the different parts of the body, almost bring awareness to every aspect of the body. But would you say that is the main? Me. way of opening up the energies

or it's not it's just the, it's just the first way, it's just the first way.

We use it as the first, because it's the most fitting. If we were to, if we look at the other four methods, if we were to stretch in the beginning, if we just think about it if you stretch and you're cold. That means your body is not warmed up. Stretching is going to be very difficult.

You may end up hurting yourself. You're going to have to warm up before you stretch, right? And if we look at strength training same thing, right? If you don't warm up before you do strength training, this is how a lot of people get injured. The muscles aren't warmed. So then we look at the other two, breathing and meditation.

Breathing yeah, you can you can breathe without being warmed up so that's true but your your lungs isn't going to be very expanded, so you'd have to warm up to open up the lungs more, but it's not like there's any danger, right? It's okay, so breathing works. Meditation. That was really a big struggle to try to meditate when your body is not calm, when your mind is not calm, because you're just going to sit there and think.

When we look at it, there's really only two that's a best fit, which is breathing and tap massage, because with tapping, you don't need to be warmed up. There's it's not required. You can sit there and you can tap at any time. You can be in, you can be laying in a hospital bed and you haven't moved for the last couple weeks and you can still tap on your body.

And tapping becomes something that does not need warm up, which is very important. It starts to bring awareness to the body, like you mentioned. Because when we're tapping, we're activating the nervous system. We're bringing awareness to the body. Remember we talked about those pipelines, right?

So tapping is like shaking. So if you're laying down in a hospital bed, you probably can't do that much shaking, but if you were up on your feet and you were to do the moves, we would find that even though we call it tap massage, cause that's the main thing that we're focused on in reality, there's actually multiple things that are happening.

We are tapping the body. But we're also shaking the body or vibrating, but at the same time, we're exhaling through our nose on most of the moves, so that in itself is also breathing. And then on top of that, we also get our attention to be focused on one point in front of us. And this is not to mention about the actual training principles, which we're not even diving into yet.

So all of this is happening, and that's what allows the body to be able to open up the energy safely. And also bring the most amount of awareness to the body. The tapping itself also warms up the body. And then after that, then we go into string training. Because by the time we move into string training, the body is totally warmed up.

And that allows string training to be much safer. And it allows us to be able to now move energy even more, which, you're asking, right? Is this the only thing that's moving energy? No, moving everything, everything moves energy. Every single movement moves energy, even if we're not moving, we can still move energy with our consciousness, with our mind.

However, string training moves energy differently than tap massage. Tap massage is tapping on the body, shaking the body, while strength training is exerting. And now it's more it's beneficial to move into another way of moving the energy, which is exertion. And so when we exert, we move the energy.

It's the most natural thing that a person wants to do when they're frustrated or stressed or angry. They want to exert. That's why people yell, that's why people their movements become more aggressive, right? They pound on something, they stomp. Because they are wanting to exert, because they have this pent up amount of energy, like a pressure cooker that wants to explode.

Instead of exploding it onto somebody yelling or hitting instead we use this and direct it towards strength training exercises and then we exert towards those exercises. But we exert in a way not like how a normal person would do it. You would want to exert only what is necessary in order to do the movement.

The reason why is because we don't want to train the body to constantly want to exert with all tension. The moment that we feel, that we may feel agitated. Because then what happens is we condition the body to constantly tighten up. The challenge with tighten up is that it's also the it also creates, it also gets the body to hold on to emotions.

So when we have emotions, we tighten up. So now, tighten up can also help us release the emotions, but we need to do it in a way where we are tightening only when necessary. We are only tensing what's necessary, and if it's not necessary to tense, then we let go. So now we're able to release, but we aren't fully tightening up completely, we're not fully exerting.

We only exert as much as needed in order for us to do certain movements in the string training. So this way we don't retrain the body to constantly want to be tight. And that's really important. If somebody doesn't know this, then they think they're going to go all out. Just like how they regularly would in a regular strength training exercise.

And they don't realize why their body is still holding on. Holding on to holding on to old energies. So if you do it right, you would only exert what's necessary. And besides that, you would stay calm and relaxed. And then that's when somebody then moves to stretching, breathing, and then meditation.

And so all of these main base types of exercise will help to open up the body in its own unique way. And Strength training it's an interesting one because what you said with strength training, you still have to tense up the body, but you're not doing it in an overexertion way, which especially in today's world, and even not today's world, but so far, when you go to the gym.

Usually you'll see people continue to exercise and lift weights until failure and they're tensing as much as possible. Why would you say that would be counterintuitive to their fitness or their health goals? And why, when you go to the gym, you see they are gaining muscles. They are getting their physiques and they look very fit.

So what's, what is needed to be, what am I trying to say?

Why is that so prevalent?

So why is it bad?

You also say, why is it bad?

So if a person doesn't relax, then they're overdoing it. Nothing is wrong with tensing up because it's just part of moving, right? We have to tense up to move. There is a balance to everything. If we tense up too much and we don't relax enough, then we create an imbalance. Now the body stays too tense.

And this is, the opposite is true. Alright, if we are constantly relaxed and we don't tense up the body becomes too relaxed all the time, therefore it becomes very weak. So then we need to be able to create tension and relaxation. And we do them. And we train to the extreme on both ends. So on tension, we tense up.

To the extreme. And then on the relaxation, we relax. To the extreme. So now we expand the limitations. Now within... The total extreme of tension and the total extreme of relaxation, we live our life in the middle. So if a person doesn't practice relaxing, then they are extreme. They only know how to do one end and vice versa.

So now when we're in the gym, if a person is tensing up to weight lift and do things, they can tense up because this way they're working on one end. Having the ability to be strong, having the ability to move weight, or to be able to totally tense up and exert. But then the moment that they're done tensing, they need to be able to let go completely.

And see how fast they can move towards the opposite end. Why would they do that during training? Why don't they just do that some other time? The reason why we practice that is because there's another benefit, there's another reason for it. When we get upset, we tense up our body. And when we tense up our body, if we were to just relax on the spot, it would let go of the anger.

The agitation would leave. If we got afraid and we relaxed, we let go of the tension in our body. The fear would disappear. However, in order to have the ability to do that, we need to practice it. And if we were to just only practice it whenever we're mad, whenever we're fearful, either a person is constantly dealing with fear and anger, which makes it very difficult, they just have a very difficult life then, or fear and anger doesn't come up intensely.

Every day, but maybe two, two times a week, three times a week. So only during those times when it shows up does a person have the opportunity to practice letting it go. And as we know, practice is what allows us to get better. So then how many practices do we need to do in order to improve? And if we are only waiting for opportunities where we are experiencing this in real life, then we would have to wait for a while.

So then what we do instead is we create these opportunities to practice. During our morning and evening practice. So when we tense up the body, now the body gets tense. Now we have the opportunity to relax the body right away and the body doesn't know the difference. When we tense up with string training, it's the same tensing up as if we are getting mad.

It's the same tension. Now they're, now some people may even have the same anger as well. Somebody is angry at something. And then when they train, they're angry as well. Most people probably are not, but the tension is the same. So when we tense up during string training, we now create the opportunity to practice.

Letting go,

but if we don't take that opportunity, then we don't know how to let go. The body doesn't know how to do it.

So

what ends up happening is, especially if you don't train that aspect and you're constantly tight you are bound to your reactions and you're not able to shift. If you wanted to shift, if you're angry and you're pissed off, you're not able to just shift. And then change that. But if you've trained yourself and practice enough, you can feel the tightening going on inside.

And then also you have learned to also relax yourself to go from angry. And once you're relaxed, then or once you relax your muscles. It also just relaxes

your state, right? It relaxes this state because the body is not holding on to the to the emotion anymore because the body is relaxed. So the emotion has a chance to circulate and to move.

And when they start in the emotion, when it is moving. The way we experience it in our body is the pressure that we were experiencing, the physical pressure, is decreasing. When we experience no physical pressure, we are at ease. Gravity on this planet creates pressure. When we stand up, if we didn't have gravity, we would feel much more lighter.

But because there is gravity, we feel pressure. When we let go of the tension in the body, we decrease the pressure. Inside the body and that decrease in pressure helps the body feel better because there's no pressure on it. It's imagine Somebody pressing on to a part of your body. It feels uncomfortable, right?

It feels much more free to not have something pressing onto your body So when we don't have the tension, we don't have the pressure and when we don't have the pressure now The body is more at ease. So when we feel not pressured Think about the state. Are we going to feel stressed? Or are we going to feel more relaxed?

So that's what's happening on the physical side. And on the energetic side, the energy signature has changed. And so we, the way that we're experiencing the the way that we experience the change in energetic vibration is through lack of pressure. But when we feel pressure, when the body feels really dense, we still have energy, but the energy is a different frequency.

It's much more dense, and it's much closer. It's not moving as much. And if we look at the wave, it's not going up and down as much. It's much more smaller waves. And that's why we experience it as heaviness. We experience it as pressure. And all of this feels uncomfortable. So therefore, we experience it as discomfort, pain.

If we... If we let go of the tension, we let go of the pressure. When we let go of the pressure mentally, it feels easier, but there's also a change in our mental state because our energy gets to circulate more. And when our energy circulates more, we expand what we are able to be aware of. We can expand what we are perceiving.

And this is automatic because what we are aware of is 100 percent determined by the energy that's circulating inside of our body. And this is really... Hard sometimes for a person to fathom this because imagine this, right? A person has a certain amount of energy circulating Therefore they have a certain amount of awareness So how would a person be able to experience a higher level of awareness without changing the energy?

They they can't. So then they would need to change the energy in order to experience this higher level of awareness. But they would need to understand what to do, why to do it, and why they need to continue to do this for every day. And if they did that, then the energy would expand in their body, then their mind would expand, and then they would understand why it was needed to do that.

And they would experience how it's like to have an expanded awareness. But a person would only experience this after they have done the practice long enough. However, many minds will sit there and will just ask, why? How? What if this? What about that? What about this? I'm not sure. I don't know. Let me think about it.

And so therefore, they'll never actually experience this because they don't take the the action. They don't take the action to expand their energy because they don't fully understand. So they don't take the action. They don't fully understand because their awareness is closed. Their awareness is not expanded enough to understand.

You see the paradox here. That's the loop, that's why it's so tough. That's how people get stuck. So then what we do on these podcasts is, what I'm doing with my work is to explain it in as many ways as possible. Just so a person can have the reasons the information, the confidence to go, you know what, let me try.

And then when they try it, it will work, guaranteed it will work, promise to God it'll work, you just gotta try it, you just gotta stick to it, and then it works, and then once it works, they go, wow, I get it now, great, perfect, but to get to that point, most people don't get to that point, because most people will sit there and they'll think and analyze, And they'll never figure it out because they're trying to understand information that requires an expanded awareness.

Their awareness is not expanded. So the only way to expand it is to go and open up the energy. There's the, you see how they're in this loop here. So they gotta get out. That

reminds me of the quotes that says, You can't solve a problem at the same level of consciousness that created it.

Many people want to get out of their situation, but they don't want to really change anything about what they're doing. And like you said, they get stuck in this loop because they hear what you're saying. They hear what some other people are saying. They're trying to figure it out. With their like fully with their minds without really experiencing it, that makes it very

tough.

It's not that they don't want to do anything. It's just that they want to control everything. They want to know that if I do this, am I going to experience that? And then you go, yes, you will. How? You will experience it because of this. But how that? Because of this. How that? Because of that. How that?

Because of this. I don't know. I still don't really believe it. That's what happens. It's not that a person doesn't want to take action. It's just that the more fear that a person has in their body. In their mind, the more they want to control their life. And so therefore, in order to control their life, if you ask them to do something, they will want to make sure that the something is going to create a certain outcome that they want.

They may not be very open to the idea that I'm just going to go with the flow. I'm just going to see what happens because fear itself means I'm afraid of things that are happening. So if I'm afraid of things that are happening, I'm afraid of what you may tell me. I'm afraid of what may happen tomorrow.

I'm afraid what's going to happen on the outside of this room. I'm going to want to make sure that I know what is going to happen tomorrow. I'm going to know if I show up here, what are you going to tell me? I need to know what's outside this room, if not I'm not going to leave this room. It's the fear of the unknown.

The fear of the unknown. It's the fear of the unknown. But because they lack the expanded awareness to fully understand, therefore it's very difficult to be able to take action. So that's why I'm always urging people, just take the action. And when you do, your awareness will expand, your energy will expand, and then everything starts to make sense.

But if you don't take the action, you won't fully get everything. Because your awareness is not expanded enough. Your energy is not expanded, so you're not going to be able to fully comprehend everything. Not that you don't want to try, but you can't. Because our level of understanding is directly correlated to how much...

Information we can be aware of, right? We can only understand as much as we're aware of. If we're not aware of these 10 pieces, how can we understand these 10 pieces? I'm aware of five, then the most you're going to understand is five, right? So we got to, if you want to know all 10 pieces, you got to be aware of all 10, but to be aware of the 10, you have to have higher awareness.

And higher awareness is correlated with higher amounts of energy or higher. It feels like it's a matter of trust.

It feels like it's a matter of trust and just taking action and allowing yourself to discover what happens or the other routes, which for, in my past, this is what happened when I was younger was I had to wait until my situation was so bad.

That finally I'm like, okay, I need to shift something. I need to change something. And, it started to, this was in my early twenties. I remember I used to be just so young or just everything had to go a hundred percent and just full force, everything, even like the minute things. I'm a hundred percent moving.

And then it got to a point where my whole system just felt so dense. It was so tight everywhere. It was constantly uncomfortable and it feels like a snake is coiled up inside of me squeezing me. And then at the same time, sometimes it feels like I'm like trying to tread water and staying afloat.

And then after some time I started to do certain practices to start to open up. And what I found was that. Before then I was so easily triggered and so easily reactive and I couldn't shift it or I couldn't change it so much. Cause it was just the automatic response from that level of consciousness.

But when I started to open up my energies through different practices and exercises, I could see now I have more of a range of, more of a range of perception of life that I'm able to live now. I didn't have to live in a constant state of survival or I'm gonna fuck you up before you try and fuck me up.

And now I was like, Oh shit, I can just live a lot more chill and this feels pretty dang nice. Heh.

Yes. Yeah, sometimes people, yeah that just reminded me of that, when you said that just reminded me of that state because yeah, I remember living in that state before. And that's like a,

it's like a past life, Oh yeah,

I forgot about that.

When somebody is in that state, it's, they're not purposely trying to be in that state to them. It all makes sense on why they need to think that way. They have all the reasons to back up the way they see it. That's why it's not about right or wrong, a person will say they are right, and technically they are right.

They are right to think that way. I was having a conversation with a student recently, and he was he was in a very... Pretty low state and and he would tend to question pretty much everything I'm saying during class. And I told him, I was like, I was like, you're right.

You can think that. You can think that. You're absolutely right. I was like, I'm not saying you're wrong because you have valid reasons. What you're saying is true. That's right. And I asked him, I was like here's the thing. Would you, what you're saying is right.

And. What I'm saying is also right as well. And I can go ahead and debate with you all day long if what I'm saying is correct. So it's not really about what's right and wrong because it's just a sense, it's just perspective. However, I asked him, I said, the way that you see life, the way that you see how things work, has that gotten you the life you wanted?

Has that gotten, has that yielded you the results that you want? He's no, I said then that means you need to change because you can choose to see it this way. And therefore you'll continue to get the results that you have, or you can see it in a different way. And keep in mind that your way right now that you're seeing is true.

But so is my way that I'm seeing it is also true. And so is many other ways. So now you get to pick which way do you want to see life? Which way do you want to see yourself? Because. What you decide is going to determine everything in your life. And I think that's the thing. That's the thing that helps a person be able to pause.

But I want to be honest here. That alone isn't going to be like the wake up call thing. Because they're going to pause. Yeah, that's true. You got a point. Yeah, I see. But what about this and this? And they just... They're not going to pause for too long. Again if... If that works, just, Hey, you're going to, you're going to change this life right now.

This talking, if that worked well, then more people would have made bigger changes in life. So it does help once in a while. I find that the most effective way, the fastest way to do it is to move your body. So you can move your energy. That's why I keep talking about moving the body, moving the energy when it comes to changing the mindset.

Because it's the fastest way to do it. Because if not, you're trying to wrestle with the mind that's constantly thinking of a new perspective, another perspective. You're trying to show them a new one, and they're holding on to the old. But once you change the energy, they... Are able to change the emotions, the energy that's inside of them that was holding on to the old perspective.

And now that energy is not there, you share with them a new perspective. They can actually see it there. They can see it in your way now. Before then, they only hear you, but they can't see it. They only see their way. In other words, for you guys that are listening, if you ever are debating with somebody, or you're trying to, convey a certain information, and you hear them just...

Not registering what you're saying, it's because they aren't able to see it in your way because their energy is not changed. Their energy is supporting their old perspective. So there's no point for you to try to... Come up with reasons to really get them, for you guys that are arguing, it's oh, I'm going to tell you something and you won't have anything to say to that, right? I'm going to say something that's just going to get you to have nothing to respond because it's so accurate. There's no point because they still won't be convinced. They'll just, they could, instead of thinking about what you told them, they could just be thinking, man.

Why are you arguing with me so much? I think I just don't like you as a person. I don't like the way you're talking to me. They'd just totally change the subject. You see what I mean? It wouldn't even be about what you guys are talking about. They would just start changing the subject and be about something else.

That's the thing. You can't really win. There's no point. You have to really understand that, and it's okay, let it be, because there's nothing you can do, until this person starts to move their energy and expand their awareness. So all you can really do is just be leading by example.

Do your practice every day, move your energy, eat healthy, take care of your body, get some sleep, do the basic stuff to allow your energy to rise. And hopefully you may influence this person to do the same. And then as those persons do the same, now your ideas, your perspectives, they're going to be able to see it easier.

That makes a lot of sense.

Oh,

there's another gems for you to hopefully not just ponder about and think about, but really start to take action upon and integrate it into your life. So it's not just another talking point or something. Interesting that you're hearing about that you might have another thousand and one questions around, but something that would actually change the state of your consciousness and how you feel for your life.
