In this conversation, Deo shares his incredible journey of finishing the African leg of his challenge and transitioning to Europe. He reflects on the emotional highs and lows, the logistical challenges, and the support he received along the way.

He discusses the significance of community, the decision to be now totally solo and the impact of racial profiling. As he nears the finish line in London, he reflects on a late injury that almost halted the whole challenge before his ferry from France & how his visa nearly ran out.

Finally, he summarises his thoughts on the journey and recounts the incredibly emotional finish, when he was reunited with family, friends, and supporters.
