Dry Brushing is not new, it is an ancient, global practice rooted in self care, purification, and healing.

Whether is was to prepare for sacred rituals, enhance beauty, or promote circulation, cultures around the world have long valued the skin as a powerful channel for wellness.

Dry brushing supports many things on and in your body, it detoxifies, exfoliates  the skins outer layer, and stimulates the sweat and oil  glands providing more moisture for the skin. And one of the most overlooked benefits of dry brushing is the support it gives to your lymphatic system.

Dry brushing is exactly what it sounds like, brushing your skin with a DRY, firm bristled brush. No water, no lotion or oils; just you and the brush.

Dry Brushing is not a new trend, it  has deep historical roots across so many ancient cultures each using it for  therapeutic, cleansing and ritualistic purposes for over 5k years.

The goal with Dry Brushing  is to GENTLY exfoliate the skin, stimulate circulation, and engage the lymphatic system. It is a rhythmic intentional practice where you brush in specific directions toward your heart.

Whether you are brand new to the idea or already hooked, you will walk away with a deeper appreciation for this powerful, time tested  form of self-care.
