Use What You Have

It is so easy to focus on what we want or don't have, but we all have something, when we really think about it. Whether it is talent, skill, connections, energy, faith, time, family or money - we all have something. Instead of focusing so much on what we don't have, why don't we choose happiness over stress by being grateful for what we do have, doing what we can with that, and trusting that things will get better when we are faithful with the little we have. I like the phrase, 'Use it, or lose it', which reminds me to make the most of my opportunities and resources, because someone somewhere is wishing for the things we take for granted.
