I thought I would share this one again, as people get back into routine with school and work. It is important to step back and reflect on what perspective we are going with. Is our way of thinking helpful for our mental health and progress? We can change it, if not. Two people can be in exactly the same situation and perceive it differently, leading to different outcomes.
