Episode 5 of Project You goes into detail around how to become a Hybrid Athlete in 2024. It is the current craze that people are getting into, including myself. Whether it's running or lifting weights, I have been doing both of these since I was the age of 12. I was an elite runner between the ages of 14-16 before becoming severely injured.
This led me on my road to starting calisthenics from the ages of 16-18 and then finding my love and passion for lifting weights in the gym. Now, I am going back to my roots and combining all of this together, while teaching you how to do the same.
