64. Moving Through Grief With Cait Wotherspoon
Cait Wotherspoon is a grief and bereavement therapist. Early in her life Cait completed a Bachelor of Nursing and became certified in Oncology and Palliative Care. Cait had experienced grief and loss through her late 20’s and felt called to be a healer. So later on, she would gain a Bachelor in Teaching and a Bachelor in Education and be trained as a Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy. Cait opened up a counselling practice in Penrith where she helps people with their bereavement so they can rediscover joy. She completed a graduate Diploma of Psychology and continues enhancing her own learnings by completing certifications in all different areas of therapy.
